MEET OUR PROVIDERS
Jill Blumberg, MD
Dr. Blumberg attended Dartmouth College and majored in Earth Sciences. It was only after graduation that her interests turned to medicine. She attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, graduating in 1999, and then the Alaska Family Medicine Residency, graduating in 2002. After residency, she moved to northern New Hampshire where she worked for ten years at a community health center. Recently she moved to the Upper Valley to be closer to her extended family. She joined White River Family Practice in 2014. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and can be found running (albeit slowly) in the woods around her home.
Julie Davis, MD
Dr. Davis graduated from Dartmouth Medical School in 1995 and did her residency in Family Medicine at Brown University. She moved to the Upper Valley and joined White River Family Practice in 1998. She enjoys working with people of all ages, and her practice tends to be focused on women’s health. When she is not at the office, she is trying to keep up with her two kids, Katie and Andrew, and her husband, Jay.
Amanda DiGeorge, FNP
Amanda DiGeorge, FNP recently graduated from Frontier Nursing University. She grew up in Iowa, but has lived in the Upper Valley for nearly 10 years. She received a Master’s in Nursing and Health Practice from the University of Iowa and has worked for several years as an emergency and trauma nurse at Dartmouth Hitchcock. Prior to working at DHMC, she worked at University Hospital in Madison, WI as a Burn ICU RN. Amanda loves spending time with her two children, Una and Felix, as well as their dogs and cats.
Emily Dillon, FNP
Emily recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2024 with a Family Nurse Practitioner degree and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. New to the Upper Valley area, she is originally from Boston, MA, but quickly fell in love with Vermont while she attended the University of Vermont for her undergraduate degree in Animal Science. Although a big animal lover, Emily discovered her passion for human medicine after graduation, particularly in women’s health. Outside of work, she loves crafting, baking, hiking, and spending time with her dog, cat, and indoor plants. She is very excited to explore the Upper Valley region.
Sarah Logan, MD
Dr. Logan grew up in Rutland, Vermont. She went to Middlebury College for undergrad and the University of Vermont for medical school. She completed a year of training in emergency medicine out west at Stanford and then transitioned to family medicine. She graduated from the Montana Family Medicine Residency program in 2014 and moved to the Upper Valley. Since then, she has worked in various settings including the Emergency Department, Primary Care, and most recently as a Hospitalist at Mt. Ascutney Hospital. She lives in Norwich, VT with her husband and four wild children. She loves all outdoor activities including trail running and nordic skiing.
Michael Lyons, MD
Dr. Lyons graduated from Middlebury College in 1983 and Universtiy of Vermont Medical School in 1990. He completed his residency in family medicine at University of California, Davis/Martinez in 1993. After a few years of living and working in Northern California, he and his wife moved back to his home state of Vermont (1995) to set roots. He’s been enjoying working at WRFP, and chasing after his three children ever since.
David Park, MD
After being raised in the midwest, Dr. Park’s first exposure to the Upper Valley was when he spent a high school semester at the Mountain School of Milton Academy in Vershire, VT. After high school, he attended Dartmouth College as an undergrad, then earned his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA in 2001. He completed his family medicine training at Georgetown University in Washington, DC in 2004. Dr. Park moved back to the Upper Valley that same year to start work at White River Family Practice. Outside of work, he enjoys being with his wife and two daughters, as well as skiing in the winter and bicycling in the summer.
Molly Richter, FNP
Molly Richter, FNP recently graduated from the Yale School of Nursing’s Master of Science in Nursing program and started her nurse practitioner career working in the student health center at Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, Massachusetts. Molly also enjoyed her time working as a camp nurse in Hebron, NH. Before starting her graduate program, she worked as a Research Coordinator in the Neuroendocrine Department at Massachusetts General Hospital for two years. Molly graduated from Colorado College with a degree in Sociology in 2015. Molly enjoys exploring all of the outdoor activities the Upper Valley has to offer with her wife Merry.
Angela Toms, MD
Dr. Toms grew up in Keene, New Hampshire. She graduated from Dartmouth Medical School in 1997 and the New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Practice Residency Program in 2000, and joined White River Family Practice soon thereafter. She has been in the Upper Valley since 1993 and currently lives in Meriden, New Hampshire, with her husband and four children. They have a small farm with a variety of dogs, chickens, cows, sheep and pigs.
