The patient care representative will be responsible for various administrative functions.
Daily tasks can include:
Patient Care Representative: answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging for outside referrals, collecting copays, etc. Multi-tasking and the ability to work in a fast pace environment is required for this position.
Candidate should enjoy working with patients of all ages, be compassionate, accurate & efficient and have a strong work ethic.

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Take patient medical history and record vital signs
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Perform laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers – Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a medical assistant training program or relevant certification
- Previous experience working as a medical assistant is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

White River Family Practice is looking for an experienced RN to fill the role of our Triage Nurse. We are a small, cohesive practice of nine providers and fifteen clinical and administrative staff who are dedicated to our patients and to each other.
Your role will be integral to our office identifying and prioritizing patient care needs and coordinating care accordingly. We are a team and will support you as you adjust to your new position.
