White River Family Practice provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. We have close relationships with the hospitalist services at DHMC and APD to provide continuity of care after hospital stays. The WRFP on-call physician is available 24 hours per day.

• Treatment and management of acute and chronic illnesses
• Minor surgery and office procedures (mole removal, cryotherapy)
• Gynecological exams, contraception
• Sports and school physicals
• Counseling, prescribing and referral for psychological and psychiatric problems
• Coordination of care with visiting nurse and community health services
• Laboratory testing on site
• Nutrition Counseling

We provide clinical care that follows evidenced-based practice per national guidelines.
